Small Group Mastermind Cohorts
Introducing Mastermind Cohorts to the Mastermind
Members in the Mastermind program are organized into small group mastermind cohorts (“cohorts”) of up to 8 members. These groups meet once a month for 90 minutes to mastermind and support each other's business development efforts. 

The mastermind cohorts are facilitated by Mastermind members who have been trained and certified as facilitators.

Meet the Facilitators
The premier Peer Mastermind Facilitation Team includes seven members from four states: 

How many cohorts are there? Currently there are six cohorts, and more will be added when member demand exceeds availability.

The Mastermind Cohorts are as follows:
  • Alpha Cohort: Meets on-site on the first Friday of the month from 1-2:30 PM (OPEN) 
  • Delta Cohort: Meets on-site on the second Wednesday of the month from 1:30-3 PM (OPEN) 
  • Epsilon Cohort: Meets on-site on the fourth Thursday of the month from 1:30-3 PM Begins in January 2012 (OPEN) 
  • Gamma Cohort:  Meets by phone on the third Tuesday of the month from  9:30-11 AM (FULL)
  • Omega Cohort: Meets by phone on the second Wednesday of the month from 11 AM-12:30 PM (OPEN)
  • Zeta Cohort: Meets on-site on the third Monday of the month from 1:30-3 PM (OPEN) 
Are there any requirements to participate in a cohort? A requirement for participation in cohorts is a written marketing plan. To help you get your plan together, our Marketing Plan Blueprint series runs in both on-site and teleclass formats. 

To get your written marketing plan approved, simply email it to Ronnie Noize as a PDF attachment. If you have already submitted a marketing plan, you're good to go. If you have not yet turned in your plan, don't worry about making it fancy, just write it up and email to Ronnie. 

Why participate in a cohort? Cohorts meet once per month with the same members, so you'll get to know the others (and their businesses) as they get to know you and your business. Your cohort will provide you with feedback, suggestions, support, and brainstorming (sort of like the Inspiration Weekend Hot Seats) to keep you moving forward, motivated, and supported.

Our time is filled with individual focus sessions where you get diverse viewpoints from every Masterminder there, AND you may very well get an idea or the desperately needed answer to an issue in your business just from hearing the others in the group.

Look for potential JV or referral partners among the like-minded, success-focused business owners who are willing to share their time, knowledge and resources to build better businesses.

You'll be showered with great ideas, programs, concepts and plans that other Masterminders share in during their focus times, and learn from the suggestions of others as they contribute to the discussion take lots of notes, but you don't have to worry about information overload because you'll also get AUDIOs of all the teleconference sessions (although you will probably want to bring a recording device such as your phone for the on-site groups).
  5. Last but not least, the Mastermind Cohort is A BARGAIN! Members may upgrade for just $30 per month to participate in a cohort.
